The Kendall Packaging Jefferson plant recently welcomed the installation of a Totani CT40 pouching machine. Optimized for digital printing, the high-speed, single-web bag-making machine features a compact design and customizable components, enabling the conversion of a wide array of pouches.
This unit offers shorter setup, faster changeover, and PE barrier pouches that are made more efficiently. The enhanced cutter control minimizes waste, with double cut capabilities. The unit offers reduced film distortion, plus there is a faulty pouch discard function.
